Believe the worst car rental place on Long Island absolutely gouged me daily taking money out of my account for a car rental that should've cost me $68 a day and it up costing me thousands $$$$$$ without notice they would go into my account every single day and take random amounts of money literally $200-$500 daily adding up to thousands of dollars with zero recourse amazing thank you God I have the money to cover all this now the battle begins to have all of this money credited back to me amazing!!! It was like they have their own personal piggy bank

This is the only car rental place I have been to where there is real customer service. I travel a lot for work and they have definitely gotten my loyalty! The entire staff is awesome!

I have been renting cars for business and pleasure all over the world for over 30 years.

Chrissy, the manager and her staff at Rocky Point Enterprise are EXCELLENT. 
They literally made it a pleasure to do business with them. They are always pleasant to deal with. Never mess up my reservations. The cars are in great shape and spotlessly clean.

No matter whatever my schedule or circumstance they are always accommodating. 
Its nice to see somebody remembers the art of customer service.

Give them a try you wont regret it!
