I would put zero stars if I could. I was in a car accident and needed a rental car. My insurance gave me the reservation number and I called to set up appointment. The associates said based on what my insurance provided me I can rent a bike?!?!! Then they said they didn't have a car to fit my needs and had to wait. The following day I called back and they told me to call other Enterprise locations for a car. Eventually I found one at another location. A week later when I went to return the car to this location since it was near my town they wouldn't take the rental saying I had to take it back to the location I got it from. Based on feedback from the other location this is not protocol. I hope others have better luck than me.

Very professional staff and helpful! Everyone at this location was very courteous, they even follow up to make sure I was satisfied with my rental, and if I wasn't they were willing to make it satisfied. Will rent from them again.

Had a great experience here. I was helped by a gentlemen named Soo Aaron and he made everything an ease... I recommend to all!!! AWESOME PLACE TO RENT FROM😍

Awesome team they work great with you always trying to help you out and make sure you get the best deal. They fix whatever issues you have the fastest that is possible. 

Side note if you're an underage driver and have usaa go through them to make your reservations because it takes away the underage driving fee.

I had a great experience renting from this location. The customer service was phoenominal! I was helped by Gil and he was very friendly and very helpful. Upon returning my car there was a young woman in the office by the name of Jasmin. She was so kind and so welcoming that I almost forgot my reason for waiting in the office. Great staff at the Perth Amboy location and it was so wonderful that everything ran smoothly, car was ready when I arrived. Pick up and drop off where very easy. The next time I'm back in the States to visit my family, I'll be sure to,rent from this location. Great customer service is key and they definitely have it there.
