Had great service with them and it's great having them picking me up. But they need to have something in the system that says they are out of vehicles so you can make other plans instead of waiting on a vehicle to come in and telling you one should come in before closing time. Missed out a a great weekend on family outing.

Reserved a rental car on Monday for today. I advised them that I had an out of state drivers license and was told that would be fine I just  needed to bring in 2 bills in my name. When I arrived today with all the documents they told me to bring they then told me they could still not rent me a vehicle bc my address on my license didn't match the address on my bills -_-  (which was the reason for me informing them my license was out of state and asking what the alternatives were in the 1st place) long story short I'm missing an very important weekend with my family, they couldn't even offer an apology.

They care about their customers and gave me excellent service.

They never answer the phone. No answering machine.

The people are friendly and April is a great manager. Prices are always good and Ive never been treated wrongly. The BIG problem though is no matter how many times you call you can never reach them on the phone. Literally called 15 times with no answer.
