The line started outside the door. There was a lot of confusion about whether internet ticket holders should get in line. The ones that knew they could just walk up to the counter had to find their way through the crowd. There should be 2 paths and signs directing people. My son went to the concession line so that we could get done faster. After we got our tickets we ended up waiting almost 15 min for him to get through the line there. They overfill the popcorn, so that most of it falls to the ground and gets trampled on. Why this waste, fill it to just below the line! There was a young kid that pretended to be sweeping it up while he was talking to the other kid that collects the tickets. If the popcorn wasn't overfilled the kid could have helped with concessions. The menu should be simplified, it would make the line move faster. People not familiar with it are confused about the sizes and restrictions of the special offers. They have to ask the help for details or they find out they can't get this with that special. I can't believe the management/owner can't figure out these simple things to create a more orderly fashion and move things more smoothly. Is there anyone that has common sense?

The staff was rude and unprofessional. And the place was very dirty. The movie was good and the seats comfortable. But after listening and dealing with the staff unfortunately I rather give my business to another theater .

The staff doesn’t really care about the customers and made us feel like we were inconveniencing them. I bought the largest popcorn and soda to get refills and I went out to find no one in sight to get a refill. I tried again and still there was no one there. Again as we left no one was in sight. Very disappointed at the horrible customer care. You’d think they’d tune up given the reviews they get.

After waiting in a long line for a 12:30 matinee with my 3 kids, the manager kicked half of the line out of the building into the cold. He was screaming at an elderly patron who had waited patiently for his tickets when I reminded him that he was speaking to his customers. This didn't phase him. He said we didn't have to stay for the movie. I left with my kids, along with many others. We went to the Nugget Theater in Hanover, where they appreciate their clients.

This cinema has a very dingy feel. Floors in theatres are sticky, staff can be very defensive and at times rude. Technical problems are also present with projection at times. If they are showing a movie that is not shown at the Nugget or at one of the local town theatres, you are out of luck!
