Did not live up to contract or expectations I expected an emcee and all our music played without music breaks, didn't happen,wedding reception was chaotic because there was no order of things that I paid to have done! Then only good things I can say is the dj did help with a pre ceremony problem I was having. And he was on time If they were of any good conscience they would partially refund us for doing approximately 10 songs during the reception,I think I he knows he goofed as he handed me the cds at the end of the day. Don't waste your money So disappointed and haven't had a decent sleep since the whole chaotic mess Wish I never hired them Btw the wife is unorganized and rather lacking in customer service appeal so you are best not to deal with her if you can help it she lost the contract at one point,didn't want to be bothered with giving me balances,and list songs that were emailed to her! Hired them for my daughter's wedding Worse mistake ever! Even my guests were telling me how shocked they were that he was doin nothing! If you expect your songs to all be played and emcee to keep things running smoothly,they are NOT for you! They won't do it The guy Darin is friendly,he helped us when we had an arch issue but that's pretty much where it ends His wife Crystal is disorganized and rather lacking in customer service skills. She even lost the song list! Not friendly in the phones or in person either, she coped an attitude when I would come in to make payments and asked for receipts, she also tried to force her music tastes on us for using ,we resisted that though. The contract means nothing to them and when I tried to talk to him about the lack of motivation from him as he sat idly by with my guests I was pretty much ignored. He does nothing to get ppl to dance,no order of things even though we went through 3 hours of a meeting on it a couple months prior to the wedding He just sat there quiet and the only time we heard anything was when I said I need you to announce the draw in winnwrs,he did,just Sitting with my gueats,didn't get up,wasn't near his equipment and all our music wasn't played and the ones that were,you could hardly hear! Do not go here! If they had any morals,they would send us a partial refund. So disappointed in the lack of professionalism it made me physically sick

They were the best and played everything I wanted and making sure that it was only what I wanted being very careful to not play anything I don't want she set up early and took down late it was an amazing wedding thanks to them!!! I'd definitely be using them if I have an event again
