I'm in the waiting room now, after parking near what turned out to be the employee entrance (where the sign visible from the street says Entira) then walking around to the opposite end of the building (where the sign visible from the street says CDI diagnostics.) Then walking down a long hall and finally finding the interior entrance to the Entira clinic waiting room. I still have no clue where I SHOULD have parked and entered. I made a comment about the signs to the building being confusing for a new person. The woman at the desk overwhelmed me with her indifference. I don't feel bad for being 5 minutes late. Well, I feel bad for patients coming after me...

It very sad how far this clinic has fallen in 4 years...! They have completely changed. They used to care about patients. Now they are extremely rude and only care about the money. The good doctors that they do have I feel very bad for as they are working an entity that has got really bad. There office staff is so rude, cold and heartless. They demand money before they will do anything! Even for patients that have been with them for years! Trisha Burt is wonderful! I hope she can find a better place to work! They turned my wife and son away because of a minor hiccup in our insurance even though we have been them for years. They would not listen to my wife as she tried to explain the minor hiccup. My son was in tears in pain and they didn't even care! They even charged me for getting my prescriptions refilled!

I have been with this provider for about 15 years. In the past year or two they have become particularly aggressive in their schedule requirements / billing practices to a point where I have been required to schedule needlessly extensive "follow-ups" to receive refills on medications I have been getting for decades. I have been getting phone calls for follow ups which are not required (ie not due for a year or more than what they are stating), and have received a bill for $150 for requesting a signature on a waiver required for employment (just a signature, no other documentation). This office has become particularly greedy and I have spent more on bills at this clinic for useless visits that did not need to happen simply to receive my basic needs. If this wasn't bad enough (and it is) every member of my family has been forced to wait for an unreasonable amount of time for each appointment scheduled over the past year. This has ranged from between 45 to 90 minutes of a wait time per visit. The last time we waited 90 minutes for our physician and we could hear our physician having a casual conversation (not work related) with another staff member just outside our waiting room for over 45 minutes. Our family is looking for a new provider.

I have never seen more awful and non compassionate professionals in my life. Other then my own bad experiences. I've now watched a good friend who is actively dying from stage 5 renal failure get harassed by these so called physicians. I would NEVER recommend care at this clinic!
