Used this service tonight for the first time, and it will be the last. We ordered our food and were told about 20-25 minutes for delivery. Over a hour later we finally call the restaurant to find out what happened. They said there was a dispute of some kind with the delivery service and they would be sending our food out shortly. Once he finally gets here, he is incredibly unapologetic. Blames it on the restaurant who had already blamed it on this company. I'm not sure what's going on around there, but someone needs to figure out how to fix this. The service you offer is a great idea, and super convenient. However, its not being executed properly.

I just had a horrible experience with Lai Lai's Chinese Buffet, but the girl that Entree Express sent was so nice.  She was new, and even though they gave her an incorrect address, she got the food to me in fifteen minutes.  

And then, when I had trouble getting in touch with a manager at Lai Lai's (the girl taking phone orders for them told me flatly I couldn't speak to a manager), Entree Express went the extra distance to phone them and give them my number. 

Seriously kind, seriously good service.  I'll try to use them again!
