Unfortunately one individual sours the milk for a whole department. I have worked with both Risa and Wayde both of which I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone. They are honest as the day is long and are very pleasant to work with. During my last service, my adviser was Bob Diaz. I called him the day before to make an appointment and had my dad drop my truck off for the requested service. I had asked for my oil to be changed, fuel filters to be changed and tires to be rotated. The work was all done as requested and as usual, their technicians did a great job. Then my account was charged over $425. I called Tacoma Dodge and Larson dodge and was quoted $269 plus tax and $280 plus tax for the exact same services. I called Bob Diaz and he basically told me that I didn't know what I was talking about and that there was nothing he was willing to do other than maybe give me a discount on my next service. I will never return to the service department at Enumclaw CJD. I had actually talked to a couple of friends that have stopped taking their vehicles there and they both said it is because of Bob Diaz. Again, Wayde and Risa will make sure you are taken care of and their tech's do a great job. If you make an appointment and get stuck with Bob Diaz, I would ask for another adviser or take your vehicle elsewhere.

Purchased a 2016 Grand Cherokee. Overall they we're good. I got the truecar price and paid lower tax than in Bellevue or Seattle. However, they ran my credit several times with several Banks and credit unions causing a number of hard pulls on my credit report. Overall I got the vehicle at a good price and got a low rate.

At 43, I have bought a lot of cars...too many actually, and after pretty much all terrible experiences , I randomly decided to check out Enumclaw. These guys are without a doubt 100% serious about a relationship and earning your business for the future. No haggle at all on the trade or the pricing. The vehicle I wanted wasn't even on their lot and they found an exact match while I was still there. My salesperson, Dustin Dearing was an expert on all things Jeep and made sure that I understood all options, packages, etc. He never played the "sign here and I will talk to the manager and see what happens" game. The sales manager, Robert Lunsford, was immediately involved once I had decided to purchase and pulled a seat up for me behind his desk and was as transparent as possible on all things. They were friendly and not at all stereotypical salespeople - they were professional, knowledgeable, and there was zero pressure. The finance manager, Jim Holmberg, was without a doubt the most honest person in that chair I have ever dealt with. He made no attempt to oversell me, no attempt to pressure me, just a nice guy who knew his stuff. Lastly - all three of these guys are vets. I am also a vet and these guys really just made me feel taken care of - really made it known they were on my side. This is the first review I have ever written for anything and I took the time because I want everyone to know about these guys. Trust me, if you're in the market for a new Jeep or Dodge, it's worth the drive to Enumclaw!
