The staff are friendly and helpful. The environment is quiet and relaxing, almost always.
There are mostly young people hanging around outside in nice weather but have never found them abusive or otherwise out of line. 
The parking is very good, plenty of spaces.

If you are ever stressed out, and, are in need of a nice quiet place to relax, I suggest that you go here. There is free WIFI, with no password required, and there are outlets to charge your phone in.
