Very pleasant receptionist on phone. Company kept me updated on status. 
Unfortunately the problem happened late on a Friday before a 3 day holiday weekend so couldn’t get replacement part till Tuesday. 
Repair technician, Stevie Rice was very personable and apologetic. Helped me light gas logs so I could keep the house warm. He then returned on Tuesday to complete the repair. Again a very nice person. 
Would recommend Environment Masters and will ask for Stevie again.

Daniel C. was our service pro. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He showed up on time and was able to fix the problem that we have been having for months now. I would give him 6 stars if it was an option. I am so happy with this company and the service that they have provided us. Daniel was second to none. Awesome! Environment Masters is a great choice if you are looking for air conditioning service or repair. They will see it through until everything is the way you want it. Attention to detail and knowledgeable employees. I can't recommend them enough.

Right out of the gate I would like to say that dealing with environment masters inc. was one of the easiest encounters I have ever had. The customer service was second to none which cannot be said for many companies this day and time. Second I would like to say that Stevie Rice is nothing short of a fine company asset. As a manager of a company I can tell you that good employees are rare and great employees are even more scarce. Stevie Rice is a great employee. He was knowledgeable, sincere, intelligent, and above all enthusiastic about helping the customer. While dealing with him it felt like I was priority #1 not just another customer number. In the future if anymore air conditioning issues arise Stevie Rice is the only technician I will use.

Super company!  A great tech, Waylon, came to do our regular maintenance to make sure everything was in good running order before the cooler weather hits this winter.  Always professional and friendly, and VERY patient with our dog.  We're a homeschooling family, and our lessons weren't disrupted at all while he was here!  It's easy to recommend Environment Masters to my friends.

They were very professional. I had Ben come out to check out our house and he gave a quotes on a few system options for install. He gave model numbers and specifics of each system which was a different experience from some other companies that gave quotes. Most others would just say this is how much it will be for a new system without any specifics. I chose a system option and scheduled service. They were here on time and knocked the job out in a timely manner. They installed a full new system and made some alterations to the duct work including increasing the size of one of the air returns. They cleaned up after themselves and went over the system details with me. Billy W, Jesse M, and Cody D were part of the install crew. I would recommend using these guys for AC service. I have used a couple of companies in the area and this was the most professional experience that I have had.
