Best place I've ever been to. On saturday it was super busy. Line to get in, line to leave my jacket, line for VIP. Every line was handled very well. They moved along fast. We had no problem leaving our coats, and had no problem getting them back at the end of the night. Only problem we had was with the VIP. We bought the tickets online so we thought we had a table. Ashley, one of the hosts, explained that the VIPs were only supposed to be bought and booked at the office, but some reason Mega sold them online. She got the manager, Maria, and they went crazy trying to find us a place to sit. Great customer service for something out of their control. I love this place and I will be back.

I'm still here at the place and can't wait for the night to be over. The place is beautiful. We got a VIP table for 10 people. So we are force to buy two bottles minimum. We buy the two bottles n they only bring two bottles of ginger and they charge $10 per refill on the sodas. The bottles where super expensive they should at least give the sodas for free. Two bottles weren't enough for 10 people. The floor is supper sticky so for Encuentro de Caleños was a disaster because you couldn't danc well. Never coming here again!

Really nice venue for events but doesn't get too crowded. The place has very good decorations and big spaces.

I went for the first time sense moving back to jersey for a concert last night with bad bunny, but if your not VIP your nothing to these people, I didn't even get to see the man because it was so crowded, drinks being spilled, bad looks givin, like hello your in a club it's expected, but not the attitude, they don't accept card getting your drink and returning to your spot was not happening, I understand you want to make your money, but if your going to have someone come out make it enjoyable for everyone not just VIP and stop overbooking it's just not fair.
