Phone welcome menu requires account number.  If new account, you don't have that.  Haven't received their bill yet, and I get a call threatening collection.  Waiting forever on hold for a representative.  Then she transfers me to the automated payment system so I can pay by credit card.  After 4 tiers of menu on that system,  it says "sorry, we are having a problem... please call later."  THANK YOU   EPCOR!!!?

Fees are through the roof! $230+ water bills every month when others pay $60 on city of phx water. Just plain robbery. Why is Epcor allowed to operate by charging hard working residents of certain neighborhoods in the phx metro these enormous fees?
