I heard of this company through groupon. My car was a hot mess (i have 3 kids and a dog). I got the deluxe interior detail but it was an extra charge to remove all the nastiness & dog hair. It was definitely worth the money. I will never let my car get that disgusting again, i will be coming back.

I first used this company a few months back with a groupon.  Initially I was bit upset because I couldn't a same day appointment, however being a business man it made perfect sense.  They need customers to schedule in advance so they can have staffing.  I had to laugh at myself for being so impatient.   I got the interior exterior diamond detail, which didn't exactly include what I wanted nor was I willing to pay for more-I thought it was a bait and switch, it wasn't.  Again I have to laugh at myself.  I wanted my car buffed but the groupon didn't include buffing.  I was offered buffing at half the price to coincide with groupon pricing but I declined and said I'd take advantage of it later if the rest of my car turned out great.  IT DID!  I'm extremely satisfied with the service and quality.  The saying is true you get what you pay for.  If you pay for entry level services but want the creme de la creme you will be disappointed however if you understand what you asked for you will be satisfied.  I'll keep using Epic because they're honest and give good quality service at a fair price. When I want more I can get it without feeling badgered.   Thanks folks and get that waiting room remodeled.
