What a fantastic shop to do business with!! Greg and his staff are very knowledgeable, fair and consistent. While I did not like to hear that I needed a new transmission, Greg made it as painless and it could have been. They will always give you options but offer their expert opinion and advice without being pushy. You will also not find ANY of the attitude that I have found when dealing with the BMW dealership! Greg truly enjoys what he does and it shows!! If my car needs service..... Epic is the only place!

Greg and Epic Automotive are fantastic.  Took my BMW to someone else to get it fixed, and it ended up coming back worse than before! I was directed to Greg by a coworker, took my car there, and Greg had it properly diagnosed and fixed in a few days. Price was very reasonable and Greg took the time to explain what was going on and what he had to do to fix it.  It's working perfectly now. Thanks again for the excellent service! You've got a repeat customer for life.

I hate doing reviews, it's not my thing. But..., I can't tell you how much this place warms my heart. A HONEST MECHANIC, RIGHT HERE, IN GA! 
What a awesome person and great mechanic. Greg takes time to explain issues with my baby. I change cars like I change under-wear. Well, I'm three + years in 😊 and with Greg and The Epic Family many more. Thanks Guys

Amazing...I was very nervous at first because I'm kinda new to Atlanta. Greg B. was very friendly and explained everything to me. I would recommend epic automotive to anyone! The wait and the amount  paid was worth it. Thank you so much!

I am not one to write many reviews but I felt it was imperative to let others know of the care and knowledge of the staff and the high quality of service at Epic Automotive.  There is never a good time to have car trouble, but Greg was accommodating, compassionate and kept me informed while parts were being ordered and repairs were behind made. Based on the make, model, and mechanical problem, the parts took a few weeks to come in, and the shop kept my vehicle while waiting on the required part components. My car has been completely repaired and I am a highly satisfied customer. I can guarantee I will return to them for future services.
