First time coming here and everyone was very friendly and personable. Not a huge selection of non-chip colors but they did a really good job. The woman who threaded my eyebrows was very nice and did an awesome job. Will definitely be back

I have been going to Epic Nails for about 6 years and I will never go anywhere else. Excellent nail technicians and excellent service. The owners always make it welcoming and a pleasant place to be. I'd recommend this place to anyone.

I have been coming here for a while and at first I enjoyed my visits. Friendly staff, well done work, peaceful environment but lately I have found quirks that trouble me. 1. Their sign says they open at 10 am   but there have been days when I am there till almost 11am and No one in sight. 2. I go here to escape work and life and lately all the owner does is complaine and complaine. 3. They also don't know how to honor or keep track of appointments. 
Honestly they know how to do the job but they (the owners) lack in customer service skills.
