I went to Equal Tax Services after I broke my S7. The staff is very knowledgeable about the phones they sell. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking to buy a phone for a great price. I will be back again when I'm ready to upgrade my phone.

Pretty good at mobile phone selling service. I have visited too many times in this store and I really love their services. Authority is pretty good and kind to their clients. I would suggest everyone to visit this shop and use their services..

THIS PLACE REALLY DESERVES NO STAR AT ALL. THEY SOLD ME AN IPHONE THAT STARTED TO BECOME DYSFUNCTIONAL 3 DAYS LATER. I TOOK THE PHONE BACK TO SEE WHAT THEY COULD DO ABOUT IT FROM THE DOOR THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS SUCKED. I EXPLAINED TO THEM WHAT THE PHONE WAS DOING AND ALL THEY DID WAS TRY TO GUESS WHAT WAS WRONG THEN TRIED TO BLAME IT ON WATER DAMAGE. YEAH RIGHT. SO THEY TOOK MY PHONE APART AND THEY MADE THE PHONE WORSE! NOW MY HOME BUTTON DOESNT WORK AND THESE PEOPLE HAD NO SYMPATHY FOR THE SITUATION OR MY PHONE! $300+  DOWN THE DRAIN AND IM STUCK WITH A BROKE IPHONE THAT THEY CANT DO ANYTHING ABOUT SMH. I FEEL SORRY FOR THIS COMPANY. BUYERS BEWARE. THEY EVEN THREATENED TO CALL THE POLICE IF I DIDNT LEAVE THEIR STORE AND I WAS A PAYING CUSTOMER. AS LONG AS THEY GET THEIR MONEY FOR THEIR FAULTY PHONES ANYTHING ELSE DOESNT MATTER TO THEM. WILL NOT RECCOMEND OR RETURN.
