This new location is very convenient and is much easier to get to in terms of traffic than the Short North location. The parking is much nicer too. The hours are a bit limited.

I had a bad accident and the doctor was busy that week,  so I got an appointment with her nurse Jessica. That would have been fine if she was competdent. She tried to make it seem like she was a doctor herself; she said that they are basically the same,  that the doctor just  had a couple more years of school. I asked her to refer me to a specialist and she told me "don't you have the internet? Look it up yourself." I would never go to her nurse again but the doctor is pretty 
 good. I called to have a prescription refilled last week and they told me it was sent to my pharmacy. I get there and they haven't received any prescriptions. I called them back and told them,  they said it was pending approval. It's been a week and I still haven't heard anything yet so I called them back,  they said it was still pending,  so I asked them to ask the doctor what is going on. She said it was denied to call the specialist. I just wanted my damn headache medicine and now it's been a week I've been without it.  They don't care about me or their patients,  would not recommend going unless it's a last resort.
