We recently purchased our home at Island Walk in Naples and Ralph Gorton of Equity Realty was our realtor. Ralph is incredible! We told Ralph what we were looking for and he found many homes that fit the description. During showings he pointed out the pros and cons of each property. He was very helpful before, during and after the closing. Ralph made recommendations and helped us find inspection companies, insurance companies and contractors. He always had quick replies to text messages, phone calls and e-mails. He even met delivery people and contractors at our new home after the closing while we were still in Massachusetts. Highly recommended.

Here, Relationships Matter. True to their word, to best absorb our future growing family needs, my wife and I had the "potentially" difficult goal of selling quickly then buying even quicker in a very competitive market. I use "potentially" largely due to Eamon Murphy (selling), Will Watson (buying) and the entire contacts and communication efforts within the Equity Realty team. Experience from selling to then buying, transitioned flawlessly, both agents remained patient, confident, understanding and responsive to our formalized game plan, always keeping our best interests in mind while offering wise and professional counsel each step of the way. Each effort, whether business-related or interpersonal, were accomplished with a noticeable degree of competence, humility, integrity and grace. I would not hesitate to recommend Eamon Murphy, Will Watson and Equity Realty to any person who is looking to buy or sell a home, as well as seek their service in any of my future real estate transactions.

My husband and I recently worked with Dan Rowe from Equity Realty finding our townhouse in Naples Florida. Prior to meeting Dan I had reached out to several realtors via email and never received any replies. Via a Google search I discovered Equity Realty. I sent an email expressing my interest in purchasing a home and explained my time constraints since I was already in Florida and leaving in 4 days. Within an hour we had an appointment to meet Dan Rowe. I guess I should mention that my husband had no intentions of purchasing a home on this trip. On our first meeting Dan brought us to the real estate office, he took his time and explained all the different areas of Naples. He was patient and listened to our concerns. Dan was heaven sent!! Throughout the process he was attentive, listened to what we were looking for, and stayed in constant contact with us throughout the whole process. He was encouraging, positive and never gave up on us providing us with the best service through each step. Without Dan we would have never purchased a home without his support and guidance. The process was seamless because Dan was always available via email, and able to accommodated our schedule. Dan was awesome at anticipating our needs and was a good listener to sooth our jitters. Dan is able to identify his clients that need a little more attention through the complexity of a real estate deal. He walked us through the entire process and with his knowledge, expertise, professionalism and local contacts we were able to purchase our home! Thank you Dan!

Im a Canadian just bought property in Bonita Springs. Darren Greene of Equity Realty was my realtor he did a great job for me considering I couldn't go down and see the property first hand. But I had viewed properties with him a year earlier in the same neighborhood. He took an abundance of photos of property and gave his honest opinion which made my decision to purchase. Did everything on line no problems. Highly recommend.
