To be honest there were at least 3 different times these people could have screwed me over and extracted more money out of me, but instead they always left me with the feeling of do unto others as you would have them do unto you.  They offer curtiousy rides, and are extremely easy to work with on scheduling work and payments. There's definitely a reason this place has almost a 5 star rating, and it honestly comes down to honest men. Thank you all for your work, bless.

I found this place through a friend’s referral, and I’m really pleased with these guys. I’ve been giving my cars at this shop for the past several years, and they haven’t disappointed me.They’re really good people to work with - Archie, Chris and Eric are always honest, considerate and respectful. They’re always upfront on the issues, and explain in detail if something needs immediate attention.  They’re even willing to give a ride if you live in the Cedar Park area. Great job ER team !

Great customer service. Prompt thorough and fast. My transmission failed and when I called for a quote, ER Automotive quoted a fair price and stuck to it. My truck was in and out within two days. I live in south Austin and will happily head out to Cedar Park for repairs at ER Automotive in the future.

I will only bring my cars to ER Automotive! I don't leave many reviews, but the service I received at this buisness is too good not to review. Eric, the owner, is hands-down the nicest mechanic I've worked with. Eric, Archie and the staff are incredibly knowledgeable and fair in their pricing. I don't know much about cars, so I rely on my mechanic to be honest. ER Automotive is the first place I've visited where I don't feel like I'm getting screwed. Even though I'm leaving the Cedar Park area and moving to South Austin, I will always make the drive up to see Eric and his staff. Thanks guys!!
