Beware!
Very dishonest co. Teresa is so shady she changed my security deposit twice = upping  it and would not give me an explanation. Then once my deposit cleared she informed me I would have no gas for eleven days. When I opted out of signing the lease - she told me she would charge me a daily rate for each day the property wasn’t rented- starting from our original agreed upon lease start date. This property isn’t even livable! It is not legal to rent it to me or anyone else and charge them with no gas!
I had to resort doing a dispute for my security deposit back through my bank. Since then I have received a barrage of insulting e. mails including threatening me financially. Bottom line, she should never have listed a property that wasn’t available- let alone  try to scam me out of my money. I hadn’t even signed s dang lease!

I found an apartment on Trulia and contacted the ERA Cusick Realty agent on the listing, Brooke Cusick. Her voicemail was full so I sent an email. 4 days later, after 2 unanswered emails & several phone calls (voicemail was STILL full) I googled the office number. The girl who answered the phone gave me Theresa Crocker's number - another agent who she assured me would get back to me. I left a message for Theresa - her voicemail assured me I would receive a call back within 8 hours. 7 hours later I called her back, and she answered. I wanted to view the apartment. Theresa told me there was nothing she could do to help me, and that I should try calling Brooke again. She told me I could try calling the broker if I couldn't reach Brooke, and gave me a phone number. I called it immediately. It was disconnected. I texted Theresa to let her know that the number was wrong & that I was disappointed by the level of unprofessionalism shown by everyone in her office. She called me back & yelled at me for 10 minutes about how none of this is her fault. So stellar service all around, obviously.
