I'm posting on behalf of a friend. They were in the market for their very first house and had been working with a lady realtor employed by ERA. During their search for a house to call their own, the realtor lady showed them a house listed well below the value of the neighboring houses. There were issues with the home the realtor told my friend about and recommended they not try to buy the house. My friend spent some time contemplating the realtor's recommendation vs getting the house and making the necessary repairs themselves. In that time, ERA put in a bid for that very house. They will no doubt repair the house as quickly and cheaply as they can to flip it for a gross profit. My friend would've put time, energy, and care into their repairs and made that house a true home. I think the realtor lady behaved in a very underhanded fashion and highly doubt this is the first time this sort of thing has happened. I recommend not doing business with this company.

Went in and asked about available rental houses. They sent me 40 min. out of town to look at a rental house. After I drove out and looked at the house I called them back to tell them I was interested in renting it. They then told me they rented the house out that morning when I had went in around 3 in the afternoon. Why they couldn't have told me this when I was there I don't know. It was a huge waste of my time that I could have used looking for a house that was actually available. I will never go back and wouldn't recommend it to ANYONE!
