I was thoroughly impressed by my first visit to Dr. Steiner today.  His hygienist, Kathy, was personable and polite.  His office staff confirmed my insurance and sent out the new client paperwork before my first appointment so I could fill out the paperwork in the comfort of my own home.

His office was clean, quiet, and lacked that awful dental office anti-septic smell.  

Dr. Steiner himself was equally polite and personable.  We talked informally about questions I have had for years, and he answered all them thoroughly and honestly.  Dr. Steiner even offered to let me follow up with him with any questions by email.

After going to many other dentists, I can tell you that Eric Steiner, DDS is an outstanding dental office you can trust with your entire family.  His chairside manner is personable and outstanding.  He actually takes the time and does the dental work right.  He doesn't rush you through his office like a production cattle call.  Finally, he gives you the treatment you really need - not trying to upsell you on a bunch of costly procedures like some dentists seem to do.  I won't go to anyone else now.
