Eric is a very knowledgeable attorney. It is not surprise he has so many positive reviews, because he has delivered. The same was in my case. We successfully overcame the hurdle of removal of condition. Although it took a long time, thanks to USCIS delays, Eric’s instincts were mostly right all along. During the course of my case, he and his staff have been very responsive and usually responded the same day to my queries. He is incredibly patient, cool demeanor, straight forward, objective and practical. On the day of my interview, his firm represented me in a professional manners. No gimmicks or false expectations, just pure facts. His legal knowledge and support is exemplary and I have experienced it firsthand. He is an attorney whose judgment and guidance you can safely trust and is unfazed even during uncertainty.

My wife and I were seeking help with her green card process and picked
Eric randomly from a website. Knowing little to nothing about the process you can imagine relief and joy to find out in our first consultation that our random choice was a definite bulls eye.
Eric was professional and knowledgeable, and at the same time showed a personal caring and attentiveness that immediately relieved our apprehension and worry. At the end out consultation we were excited and overjoyed with our choice.
 The whole process went smoothly and in such a timely manner that my wife and I were looking at positive results much quicker than we had ever hoped for.

I  am very thankful to Eric Mark. He is a very honest and brilliant lawyer and I'm very grateful he was able to reunite me with my son. My son was in ICE custody facing deportation, it was the worse time of my life. Prior to retaining Eric to defend my son's deportation of a very complicated case, I was scared and left with no hope. I was told by two other lawyers that were highly recommended, that my son would definitely get deported and I should make preparations for his deportation. One of these lawyers took my money knowing he would eventually turn my son's case down. When I called Eric, he gave me hope and told me my son's case was worth fighting for and I should trust he's telling me what the truth. Eric is very understanding, I don't know how I would be able to afford him, he gave me a payment plan I was comfortable with. Eric came thru for me and my son's case was finally dismissed by ICE. I can't thank Eric enough for his dedication and hard work in getting my son released.  I would highly recommend him because he made things happen for me when other attorneys just gave me a run around. My entire Family is grateful for Eric's hard word.

I have experienced the most professional and most efficient immigration lawyer. I have used Atty Eric for my adjustment of status and was amazed with the results. Will recommend to all my friends and relatives. Eric always been available to answer my questions and provide proper direction. As soon as I sent an email a response was send back with a very detailed answer.
