The staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. I love how they take the extra time to really make sure your insurance is what it should be, while making sure you get the best discounts! They are also open on Saturday which is really convenient! Thank you to Eric & Staff for making sure my family and I are protected!

Always friendly and willing to help! Will find the best policy that suits your needs perfectly! They will be there rain or shine for anything you need. A friendly visit all the way to helping you tarp your roof after a storm. A customer centered business.

When I called for a quote I was very pleased to talk to a real person who was glad to help me instead of a phone prompt. They explained all of the coverage's in a way that was easy to understand and made much more sense. Switching all of my insurance over was as easy as making a phone call, glad I made the switch!

Eric Norris State Farm is an exceptional business! They are immensely easy to work with and their friendly upbeat staff always makes me feel welcomed. Any time I have an issue they work diligently to ensure that it gets taken care of in a timely manner. They don't just insure my belongings, instead go the extra mile to ensure that my family and I are adequately protected in the instance of a claim.  I would highly recommend Eric and his team to anyone searching for insurance!
