Rude Front Desk needs more training on how to be nice to patients.

Love the doctor,  if it wasn't for her I would not return to that office. Staff is rude and treated me poorly. Gave me lots of excuses pur me on hold a bunch of times.. then had some other women address me. 
Argued with me that they called and left a message. No call, no massage  but that's my fault.
Said I couldn't be seen without my insurance card.. never gave me the option to pay out of pocket until I left and called back and then was given the option.. too late I'm already headed home. Not going to keep many patients treatung us like that.
