Dont ever use these assholes. They will screw you at every chance they get. Do yourself a huge favor. Take your money to another credit union or bank. Just look at their reviews. How pathetic. Fire the manager and get someone who can deal with a customer.

You have lost a customer of almost 30 years with your manager's I don't care attitude. Very sad.

ECC holds our auto loan. They have been completely impossible to work with in the simple task of setting up an auto-payment. They never answer their phones, refuse to communicate with eachother on what the caller's issue might be, constantly are putting customers on hold or hanging up on them, and refusing to listen to the caller. I have been trying to set up an auto payment for 2 months now. Good luck trying to work with them if you are out of town- they only operate by snail mail and phone calls, which they never return. I deeply wish we had gone elsewhere.

I used to like this bank but recently it locked my account so i wont get charges i didn't make which was good cuz i didnt ok some of them but the lady on the phone said she would unlock it in about 10-15mins so i went to work and when i tried to get some food the card was still rejected obviously she didnt unlock it and now i cant get something to eat at work thanks person -.-
