No matter what time I call they are always Never avalible at that time. Makes no sense. I have a Job and help pay for this sht but can never get help when I need questions answered

Do I a taxpayer ever want to need the assistance of the County absolutely not. Unfortunately at this present time I have had no choice but to be treated with such rude unprofessionalism from case workers. They  have a job to go to because of my taxes as well as many others. Why would they apply to become a case worker and yet have such a disdained attitude of hate towards human beings is unconscionable. Polancarz, you said there would be change in the department, sorry but unsuccessful with reaching that goal. Please retrain from asking for my vote next time around.

They are totally ignorant people working there. They rather have their coffee breaks then get people out. They are slow at doing anything there. They will take a 2 hour break for lunch and leave you there to wait
