ERIK'S Chicago Deerfield Store is our newest location, and our first store in Illinois! The new store is located just east of Deerfield Road & Waukegan Road - in the heart of Deerfield, Illinois. In addition to Bikes, Cycling Apparel & Gear, ERIK’S also has sells & services Downhill Skis, Snowboards, Scooters, Skateboards & Longboards, plus all the gear that goes with them!

Easy 5/5 experience at Erik's - Bike Board and Ski shop in Deerfield.  The store manager was extremely helpful assisting me pick out a new ski coat.  He was very knowledgeable in all of the coats they offered (much more than the representatives who helped me at Williams in Highland park) and made sure I purchased the coat that fit my needs.  Additionally, when I saw the price of my coat dropped in an online sale at another store, Erik's honored the lower price and provided me with a store credit.  I will definitely be back in the summer for bike gear!

I had a great experience at Erik's. I went in to buy ski boots and a jacket and the staff could not have been more helpful. They were extremely knowledgeable about all of their products and walked me through all of my options. Great store and great people.

the staff at  Erik's is amazing,  my bianchi xr2 carbon seat post stem clamp cracked, just before a big riding weekend. i called, and the staff at Eriks's literately brought heaven to earth in order to get this part for me. they called bianchi, then had their Minnesota location make arrangements for a quick delivery to the deerfield location.  these guys know their bikes and know how to treat customers. also they carry Assos, which is very cool, not a lot of shops do...thank you Pete and Ben

It's so interesting how people treat other people do to their color, I have leaved here in Deerfield since 2008 and I have been to every single store this town has. But this is the first time here at this bike store. And let me tell you, the people that work here have no manners and just cuz I'm of color I had to wait for a customer who happen to be white when I was first. And then just because I grabbed a rim to look at it I get told to put it back cuz if I drop it it's gonna cost me. How more racists can you get. This is how I show them that I'm not here just to look

I have had a great experience dealing with Erik's both In Minneapolis and Deerfield. IL.  Joeseph has done a great job to meet my needs on both fit and modifications to my road bikes.
