I had a leak behind my shower inside the wall. I thought they'd have to break out the drywall and saw a huge project ahead. They were able to make the repair and dry the inside of the wall using the existing holes in the wall. I also have a water heater that I thought would need to be replaced. They repaired that too at a fraction of the cost. Ernie's Plumbing is a good, honest, and skilled group of people. Thanks!

We have called on Ernie's Plumbing for our plumbing needs. Once they came out to fix our trash disposal. We left for a month's vacation before we could use it. When we came back and used it, it was not working. Ernie came back and did not charge us to fix it again. They also offer senior discount.

LEAVE NOW WHILE YOU STILL HAVE MONEY! Spoke to a fellow man named FERNANDO. What makes a company good is not their product or their ability to perform a duty, it is their way of communicating with their customers in a polite fashion and to provide the best service they can. I wouldn't get angry at the post office for not being able to cook a great hamburger. Shouldn't a plumbing service provide PLUMBING? Worst experience ever. We gave them two chances to fix their errors and failed again the second time. Had a house in gilroy took 25 min and charged 200 dollars. The entire water pressure was normal but after they came to fix the water temp issue, they messed up the water pressure. It's like someone is peeing out of our shower. We called them, then they blamed us and said that it was our fault and we must have touched something. Real good customer service. They came yesterday, the water pressure is gone and now they are complaining and now accusing me that I touched something. That must be the way he operates business. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau.
