What a better way to start a trip than with the relaxed vibe of the Escape Lounge at Bradley.  Adam and Jackie this morning help to lower the stress from airline travel. The food is excellent, too!

Fabulous staff!

Andy, Alex and Josh were all courteous and super attentive and helpful.

I appreciated the advice on the fun snacks they had to offer...quite yummy!

I was there late afternoon and the selections were quite extensive.

I sent in my elderly parents to try the Escape Lounge at the Hartford airport.  I called ahead and spoke with Jackie who was terrific!  She was the reason I decided to try the Escape lounge.  The day of the trip I called again to see if Jackie was working, and I spoke to Alex who was also wonderful.  I gave them my parents names and they welcomed them and treated them like family.  I am thrilled with the friendliness of the staff and I will continue to use the Escape Lounge any time my parents fly out of BDL.

Amenities and staff never fail to impress. Jackie in particular is always a pleasure to deal with and I cannot give her enough praise. Anytime you’re at BDL you should make it a point to stop in!

Quick entrance with American Express Platinum. Good snacks option on the bar. Small seating, but good enough for small airport.
