Great group of people!  They have gone out of their way to accommodate my schedule when needed in extreme cases.  Lisa is compassionate and extremely knowledgeable.

The reservations we've had about the reception & staff at Eskridge has always been outweighed by the compassionate care our dogs receive from Dr. Lisa. We transferred them from vet care in NC to Eskridge 2 years ago. It seems no matter what, we have to fight to be heard & / or we are treated like an inconvenience. We've had concerns for quite some time, but managed to excuse personality & behaviors of the staff. The last 2 visits, (I asked & neither day had emergency situation patients) it felt we & our dogs were again treated in an abrupt manner; on neither day was the clinic busy, there was plenty of staff roaming around... I have voiced my concerns before & get plenty of excuses, always excuses. Yes, Dr. Lisa is great; unfortunately, she isn't always there. So we are looking for another clinic to take our dogs too.
