I purchased my fixtures here several years ago. The faucet started to leak. I called them and they recommended plumber, Plumbing By Tyson . He came out and told me I needed a new part which I ordered. They wanted over $400 and when it was finally delivered I ended up paying $100. The plumber came to the house and tried to install it.He could not stop the leak and said I needed another part. The plumber came to the house and we found that the new part would not solve the problem and it was useless. I finally got another plumber. He told me that the first part that was order should cost nothing. It was covered under warranty. When the part was delivered he came and installed it and it was fixed. They charged me for a part that should have been free and sent me a plumber who did not know how to install it.

Wonderful help during the process of choosing a 500 dollar faucet. .... Minutes after taking our funds, I have never worked with ruder, less helpful people. Our item came in damaged, and the salesperson opened the box, he shut the box immediately and turned it over to us to complete the transaction. We checked the item before leaving the counter, finding it severely damaged! The sales person turned bright red as he took the box back in his hands..... I have called everyday since the new one was supposed to delivered and it still is not in our possession, while the store claims ton have left us status messages.... Funny how they are the only messages I never get.
