For almost 20 years, and through two large old high profile homes, our family has relied EXCLUSIVELY on the  Espinoza Painting Company for all of our interior and exterior painting needs and fortunately,  we have always taken Mr. Espinoza's hard-earned, professional advice.  By agreeing to allow his painters to proceed using the processes and products recommended by Mr. Espinoza, we have always experienced  EXCELLENCE and LONG-LASTING, QUALITY RESULTS. Particularly notable in this regard, were the results Mr. Espinoza and his painters achieved in not only painting, but restoring the exterior of our former home, a Grand Victorian Painted Lady. For over 15 years she stood before daily swarms of tourists wearing  the colors we chose and the Espinoza group applied.  When her newest owners made the decision to personalize her look more to their liking, they  changed her color scheme, but they didn't change her painters.  Like so many of their neighbors, and people throughout our community, they chose to  hire and rely on the Espinoza Painting Company to achieve lasting results of the look they wanted!

We have had Espinoza do interior and exterior painting for us.  On the basis on an outstanding interior job and their high profile exterior work in Oak Park, we accepted their bid to repaint our home, we included stripping 80% of the house to bare wood. 

I will have to say that I'm disappointed in a lack of follow-through on their alleged warranty.  2 years after we've had some paint peel.  Not terrible, and probably not unexpected given that it's on a southern exposure.  But after repeated promises over 2 years of coming to do the work, we just gave in and did it ourselves.  

I had the chance to recommend Espinoza to a neighbor looking for a painter for a substantial project and I had to say that I couldn't recommend them any longer.

After a $90K+ paint job and poor re-do the following year, due to poor application the prior year, the house still peels and looks terrible. AVOID!!!! Criminal how some folks make $$ and then dont back up their work.
