Horrible!  Dropped off a suit on Friday.  Was told it would be ready by Monday at 4PM.  (Longer than I thought it would take, but fine...)  I showed up at 4 on Monday and was told that my tie was in West Hartford and wouldn't be ready until tomorrow (Tuesday).  Unfortunately, I NEEDED my suit FOR Tuesday morning (tie and all)!  I actually had to drive to their West Hartford location in rush hour traffic to pick it up! (An hour's worth of driving to get a single tie!)  When I finally pick up my tie, it was completely wrinkled!  I noticed they stapled "New Customer" to both my suit and tie.  You'd think if you saw "New Customer" on everything, you'd make an effort to get things done when you said you would.  The only good thing they did was not charge me for the dry cleaning.  Unfortunately, I would have rather just paid the fee and got my clothes when they should have been done.  Driving an extra hour for a tie was not worth the aggravation.  Five days to clean a single suit and tie is absurd!  If they're that busy, you're better off going somewhere else.
