I just got my hair done at Essensual hair design and LOVE my hair! I had a complete opposite experience of the other reviewer! My stylist was great and very skilled as well. I have gone to this salon for years and would recommend it. I guess it just goes to show that you can't rate the whole salon based on one bad experience you had with one stylist that worked there.
