Relating to customer service and they process of refilling prescriptions.  Who knew that the Essentia group is so big that they can't work on customer service.  I need a prescription that I asked for at least 36 hours ago.  Guess what.  it has to go to a big guy at Essentia before it can filter down to the clinic in Crosslake.  that is so inefficient and makes me feel like I am not very important to them.

This is such a joke.  I could have driven to the clinic, saw the doctor again for the same reason and had my refill by now.  What is the deal folks I need my prescription.  Get organized and please know that I am not the only one who is waiting for you to get your poop in a group

Either hire more people, let the smaller clinics run like they should and service the folks in the neighborhood or pull out of our town because at this point,I am not impressed and will not go to essentia again.  You have way too much competition and Crosby is the same distance.  I am angry about your lack of caring for your customers.

Apparently according to the front desk the only petson who can update your medication sheet is your primary care provider. So why give it to the patient if no one else can do it? Since its winter your sidewalks could use a little more salt. Parking is adquate.

Easy to make appointments and communicate with my doctor.   Much better parking since Baxter clinic opened.   The new remodel is nice.   Friendly staff.
