Went in with severe eye pain because a something in it from work she did not find anything. Went back because pain was very bad gave me more meds instead of rechecking. 
Then went to ER same results. Thanks for nothing had to go to eye doctor to get it out after 16 hours of scratching my eye.

They have always given me great treatment there.  With having health issues myself, I needed to be taken care of in a special way, and they sure did that.  I am still here, alive and kicking, thanks to these guys!

*NOTE* This is specific to Urology/Surgery.
I had surgery to have a dime-sized kidney stone removed in November of 2013. I was told I would have minor discomfort for 2-3 days following. I ended up in severe pain for over 2 weeks afterwards, and when I told my nurse after surgery that the pain was too much for me, she insisted I was exaggerating, making a scene, and was fine. When I told my doctor about the nurse's reaction and the pain I was in, he refused to extend my bed rest. I was shocked and appalled at the treatment I received.
