I worked with Neil at the Penn Hills office to address low back pain from a known herniated disc.  When I started therapy,  I was limited in standing, walking and was limited in everyday activities.  at the end of my time working with Neil, Jason and Cassie I am able to return to normal activities of daily living, walk the dog for over a mile and just generally feel better.  As a nurse who has had previous bilateral hip replacements,  I know the benefit of therapy, and I am very glad to have had the opportunity to get treatment at ESSMC.  All my previous therapies had been thru UPMC but due to insurance issues I had to switch.  Would return and have recommended them already.

My experience was wonderful. Neil helped me to develop realistic and achievable goals for my therapy. The goals set helped me to be stronger than I have been in years and get me back to being my active self!
