I highly recommend Estabrook Toyota. I really don't like the car buying experience. But Michael made the whole process a pleasure. The staff was easy to work with negotiating a price and arranging financing. I was very happy with the details. Michael regularly keeps in touch and even remembered my birthday.

I have purchased two vehicles here and I am pleased with price and quality. I service my current vehicle here too. I still have my 1998 Sienna van and I bought another one this past summer. The same salesman sold me both vehicles. That gives you some idea of the consistency of this place!

The experience I had buying a truck from Estabrook was the best I have ever had at a dealership. The staff were courteous, helpful and met the needs I had as a buyer from 50 miles away from their location. They advertised their product accurately and I had no surprises when I went to look at it. Their pricing was the best I had found of anyone around and their cooperation with my financing agent was speedy and effective.I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. I will definitely return there for my future needs. Kudos to the staff!

We had a wonderful experience with Estabrook Toyota. Sam, our salesman was very knowledgeable and very friendly. Jonathan the finance manager was extremely helpful and thoroughly explained everything. We didn’t have the usual hours long experience of haggling to buy a car. We feel we received an excellent price and fair trade in value. Would definitely buy a car here again!

Easiest deal I ever made on a car. Kevin has gone out of his way to take care of every concern I had. Chuck, sales manager, was extremely helpful and reassuring. It seemed he really wanted to be sure I was satisfied with everything. There were a couple of things about the used Avalon I bought that I didn’t notice until a couple of days after we made the deal. I called Kevin and told him I was in a time crunch but wanted to get the issues taken care of ASAP. He met me at the curb in the rain with an umbrella, handed me a set of keys to a loaner, handed me a pen to sign the agreement, and I was on my way in literally 3 minutes. I am so pleased with the service and attention to detail.
