I'm not sure why Esthetique say's that they offer the ability to request an appointment online. I requested one a few days ago, and I never heard from them.

I had a Brazilian wax with Nicole B and had a great experience! I like that she used hot wax for the sensitive areas and only the regular wax as a touch up. I told her I had a less than perfect first time experience somewhere else and she wax extra careful to make sure I was comfortable. The only negative is that the sheet that was used didn't look like it had been washed, just flipped. It may have just been been stained but I'm not sure. It wasn't a big deal but clean freaks might want to make sure they get a new sheet. Otherwise, perfect! I'll be going back.
