Took my mom and step dad to lunch for her Birthday wait was not long.  We ordered and food was out quick and hot.  I drive far to eat here but it is usually special occasions.  Love this place.

Good food. I love the chicken Enchiladas Suizas. The chips and salsa are good and fresh.  Is give it a 5 but the space is cramped and parking a little difficult.  Also, my server seemed a little shy and not very conversational.  He seemed to be pretty busy serving all the tables so that may have been why.

The food was simply incredible!  The four of us had different entrees, we shared around and around.  Consensus:  all were fantastic.  
Great service.  Nice decor.  Comfortable.   We will spread the word as far and wide as we can:  very highly recommend this hidden-in-plain-sight gem.

One of the best Mexican Redtaurants in North County if not all of San Diego County. Family run and has been around several years..
Friendly staff, Craft  Beers and great food.

This is some of the best Mexican food you will find, irrespective of which of their two locations you visit.  Members of the Estrella family can always be found mingling with the clientele, insuring their expectations are being met.  While everything we have ever ordered there has been fabulous, the tamales with mole sauce, carne asada nachos and the large selection of draft micro brews are the bomb.  You must try this restaurant; you will not be disappointed.
