I recently purchased a new home and knew I wanted to start with Ethan Allen for home furnishings. I was introduced to Chris Fawcett upon entering the store. What an amazing and talented decorator !!!! He understood my sense of style and colors from the moment we started discussing what I was looking for. I feel like my style has evolved because of him. Chris did everything from start to finish and made sure everything in my new home tied together. He takes a personal interest in everything every step of the way and makes sure you are happy with the outcome. I look forward to continue to work with Chris and cannot say enough good things about him as a person and a designer. He will not disappoint !!!

Andrea Pinto has been an absolute pleasure to work with for the past few years. She is always professional and helps me to make decorating decisions I could never do on my own. My husband and I are thrilled with what she has done with our home! I look forward to working with Andrea in the future.

TWO AND A HALF MONTHS for a kitchen table! Our salesperson Rhonda Goodkind was of no help. Very disappointed. The table was nice though.

Purchased a floor model sofa on October 2015. We had it delivered in November. We were well aware that floor samples were sold as is and the sofa looked great. When we had it delivered, it had a faint smell of mold but very faint since the air was cool/cold the following months. The last couple months the smell became worse. We vacuumed it and added baking soda for over 24 hour hours but it didn't help. I called the Ethan Allen store that we purchased the sofa from and and spoke a sales rep named Penny. I explained the situation in hope's that she could help remedy the smell problem, perhaps they had a better suggestion or some sort of willingness to help in some other way but her answer, very simply was "Vacume your sofa and we can't help you. You purchased a floor model." We have purchased many items from the Ethan Allen Somerville, Rt 22 NJ store and to be so "matter-of-factly" was just plain unprofessional. We are certain that at some point, there was moister on this sofa and the store did NOT disclose it to us which is just not right!!! We will NOT be coming here anymore. Lesson learned....put your nose on ALL floor models. You don't want to end up with a terribly smelly sofa!
