New place with some interesting products. One of the more unique distillery tastings I've been too. Prices are high but, high quality. I recommend stopping in and ignoring the entrance that needs obvious work. It needs to be much more inviting since the bar is way in the back. Serious issues in the winter time. I felt like the place was closed and I was in a construction site at first. Signs and much more relaxed feel in front space making it similar to the loft. Looking forward to stopping in next time I'm in the area and tasting their aged spirits still in the making.

If I could give 6 stars I would actually give this place 10 stars.  Our Ragnar Running Team stopped by here after running for 32 hours straight and had a great time!  We had such a great time some of our team members passed out and Nick actually drove them home.  Great drinks!  Great attention to detail!  And the hospitality is awesome! Talking to Nick it is only going to get better.  Really excited to see how this place will evolve.  We had such a lovely time that we stopped by the morning after for bloody marys!  See you guys next year!

We walked in on a Sunday just as they were closing for the day.  The owners Nick & Geri invited us in.  Nick gave us a tasting of their products and explained the process of distillation. The bartender was sweet enough to stick around and craft us up some fabulous cocktails.  The experience is well worth the value!

Amazing atmosphere and great staff. However, before you try one of their great mix drinks (I'd recommend the "EThaNOLO¿Y"), just try the vodka on ice, right now they have only produced a vodka, and it is sipping quality, good enough to have on the rocks or neat.
The night I stopped in they also had a great local band. Well worth a stop by.

Awesome place. Nicely styled and they distill right there. The owners are real nice and gave everyone a tour and explained how they source all the ingredients locally. 

If you are a nati light kinda person you might not like it. But if you are looking for a great high-quality cocktail then this is the place.
