I have been going to Eucalyptus (Fay & Irene) for 17 years! They give the most fabulous pedicures, especially since they are both masseuses! Excellent foot massages for sure! My pedicures last three weeks!! I always love my manicures, facials and definitely their massages. They are both talented women who do fantastic work! I have been going for 17 years, so obviously I love who they are and what they for me. - Beth Horn

I went in for a 1 hour foot and body massage and had to stop them in the middle it was so horrible. The atmosphere of the place was fine, but the whole massage was far from relaxing. The masseuse was rude and the massage felt horrible and rough, not smooth and deep. Let me start by saying I have a very tense back that my doctor describes as a two-by-four. I get many massages and have never had an issue with intensity, which usually confuses masseuses because I'm a 5 foot tall female. However, this person was actually just pinching and hurting and forgot that massages are about relaxation and working the muscle. When I came in, the masseuse snapped at me when I said I had an appointment at 11am and was checking in, saying "I'm not ready for you yet" then afterwards told me I could hang my coat up in the closet (don't most places tend to do that for you? Or at least ask you if you want to part with your coat?). I brushed it off because I thought maybe she just was busy and hadn't realized how rude she sounded. The other woman however seemed nice and fine, but did not address me at all. When she made me follow her in back, again she snapped at me when I asked which way she wanted me to lay in the chair. She gave me an angry snort when I said that my pants did not roll up higher, disapproving of me not wearing better pants for what I thought was going to be a full body massage (all full body massages I have had do not require you to be fully clothed). She made me wait 5minutes so she could fill up a tub of water in the bathroom that was too hot when she finally came back and put my feet in it. She started with my neck and head, pressing very hard and not asking how it felt EVER during the whole massage. When trying to adjust my neck to her hands, she rose her voice at me to "RELAX," which I obeyed, though I just felt nervous after that of this aggressive person on my neck. She used no lotion and her hands were rough so the massage on my neck was far from calming. Next she went to my feet which was the real painful part. There were times when it was relaxing when she was just putting lotion on them, but then when she would start to dig her nails in between my toes, or pinch them then pull them until she felt a pop, i nearly sat up several times. It was so painful! I wanted to say something but I was honestly nervous with her being so terse with me from the second I walked into the "spa". She then proceeded to use a pummus stone to jab into the middle of my foot, as if she was attempting to do a hot stone massage with a cold rough stone that hurt. Then at the end when she physically hit my feet and legs, I was just done. She went to go start massaging my legs through my jeans (seriously) and I just said "Thank you I am done." and got my stuff together to walk out. She followed after me and was like "What you don't like it? This is what massage is." but trust me, if you go anywhere else they will not treat you so poorly. I gave them my groupon number an left with her trailing after me still hassling me about how I don't know what massage feels like, sure never to go there again. I currently have pain in my toes and can feel where her nails were scratching. Unless you want more foot pain and cuts in between your toes, I would suggest going elsewhere for massage.

My mom and I got the Pretty In the City specials for a massage and pedicures. Both were fantastic. The hot stone pedicure was amazing. And my mom loved her massage with Fey. We'll definitely be going back.
