I had a wonderful experience at the new office. I highly t recommend this practice. Wonderful office staff, all my questions answered, a clear plan for my problem. What more can anyone ask for?

I saw mainly Dr. Connor for years, sharing the abuse done by my oldest son. I even came in with evident injury, seen by Dr. Leo, Dr. Leer, and Dr. Connor, with my reported shoving m down by my son. NOT one of the doctors performed their mandated obligation to report suspected elder abuse. In 2006, I had become even more hysterical about what was happening to me. I had a appointment to see Dr. Connor. At the door to her office she blocked entrance sitting in her chair. She told me to never come again to any doctor at this building! Tears just made her angrier. They were mandated elder abuse reporters BUT DID NOT REPORT suspected elder abuse. Thus my son succeeded in his abuse!

EFP doesn't seem to even care about patients any longer. They are even getting in the way of my managing my own healthcare. I can't recommend EFP to anyone I care about.

Sadly, this is another doctor's office I am going to have to pass on. My hopes were high when I started as a patient but rushed appointment times, poor patient service, and lack of quality care are too much for me. For example, when I'm told that my prescription won;t be filled because they "don't do prior authorization forms" anymore (and I'm not told this until a week after playing phone tag with staff) , then I have to seriously question where their priorities lie...not with me. I don't want to be penalized for the issues they are having with insurance companies. Perhaps they should work on better time management if they can't handle all their patient's insurance forms. I was also insulted that my chart was not reviewed before deciding to ignore my plee for a refill, because if they had read it they would have understood my need for that particular med. However, even after explaining in detail, I was treated with a lack of concern. If I am being made to feel that I am bothering you because I need my medication then I simply don't need to be a patient at your office. I have since transfered to the Priority Care Center and can;t say enough about my experience so far......I actually feel like a person not an insurance check.

The staff are always pleasant and the wait time to be seen is minimal. My PA, Robin Fraser, is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to talk with her patients to best help them with their various health concerns. I would never go any where else. I've been with them for more than 6 years and have no complaints.!!!
