😣 I have been getting acrylic nails since I was 9 y/o, now 24 and this has been the worst nails I have ever gotten even after they "fixed them".

The place, people and ambient is absolutely great! But the girl I was seated with needs to be in an intense course to improve her technique. I believe in second chances but my second chance was no better.

I'm sure I'll have to sit with another employee and hope to have a better experience.

My experience here was so enjoyable! I came in with my son and while he waited at the front I got a deluxe pedicure, gel manicure, and eyebrow wax. Lily who was my tech did an amazing job and did exactly what I asked her to do and they turned out great. So when I go to pay my son is still there and the owner tells me how he is so well behaved and mentions him by his first name so I know they have been having conversation and offering soda and food while he waited. It has been 2 weeks since my service and my gel manicure is still in tact with no chips in the paint. I work in retail and we are very busy because of holidays and work with my hands a lot. Thank you for doing such an amazing job and wonderful experience I will definitely will be coming back very soon!!!

First of all, I never leave reviews at places unless they give me great customer service but this time the service was so unprofessional and terrible that I wish I could give them a 0... let me start by first of all I called ahead to ask the price of just gel nails with out manicure. The lady said from $10-15 so I decided to go with my mom. When we got there the lady asked what we wanted I explained to her again And she gave me the same response $10-15 So asked her to give me the exact price .. I saw her ask around n they told her $10 N she told us $10 So I told her ok. When they started to do our nails all the techs. Stood around us speaking Chinese and laughing.  Extremely rude!!!! My mom's nails weren't horrible but mines weren't the best the lady didn't do a great job they needed to b filed more they were very rough ... but for $10 I was not gonna complaint. The lady even said next time to come back for a manicure .. I told my mom we might have to cause of the great price ... when we went to go pay the bill came out to $45 .. I was shocked!!! So I asked ... the owner comes with a nasty attitude saying $20 each ... so I explained to her very nicely that wasn't what the lady we spoke to told us.. right of the back she got very nasty with us .. so I asked to get the girl who told us .. so apparently she had gone home so she called her in front of us.. the lady actually admitted that she did tell us that price. But the owner kept telling us that we still had to pay $45 for a job that took 15 min. And a horrible job. When I pointed out my nails to her she got loud n even more nasty .. saying I was making up excuses... I explained to her it wasn't my fault they didn't know how to train their employees. Us as customer we go off on what ever they tell us. Not my fault. So in the end her husband standing next to her said to stop.. and he opened the cash register and finally gave me my money back that they over charged me.. over all the worst owner and customer service I have ever received in my life!!!

Beautiful salon, has a lovely ambiance about it. Elegant and well kept. Dawn is the best they have!
