It's true these guys do free estimates whether or not you have work done, which is pretty fantanstic.

That said, I don't understand why people say this place is "reasonable." I got charged $100 for an oil change. Do you know how much K3n G@rff Volvo charges for the same (synthetic) change? About 75-85 bucks.
 
The price I paid for brakes that aren't even made by Volvo was also $25 dollars more than the dealership's price. Don't be fooled by the ghetto atmosphere and dirty waiting room into thinking that they're trying to cut costs to get you a good deal. It's just not the case.  

Lorena (the office person) is probably the nicest person in the world, but over the phone she said that my front rotors needed to be changed "to stop the shaking." I asked "what shaking?" She said she didn't know, that she was just told they needed to be replaced. The next day I had to come back because they didn't put back my emergency brake correctly. After trying to avoid my questions about what was actually wrong with the car and what needed to be adjusted, Angel told me that the front rotors were fine, that they'd just replace the pads. Really? 

No one likes to be lied to. I wish these guys the best and hope their happy customers stay, but I'm not an idiot and will find someone who can be straightforward and honest with me without charging ridiculous prices. Go to the dealership if you want good work done for the a lower price and more peace of mind.

I will never use another mechanic!! These guys have the best customer service, work quality and prices in the whole state. They even fixed an auxiliary light that I put on myself. No they shop would even touch that! I'd recommend these guys to everyone!!

These guys got me in same day to do a diagnostic on my car. This is a small family run business.  They were able to quickly pinpoint the problem that I hadn't been able to figure out. They didn't charge me at all for the diagnostic.  I would definitely go back to them.

These guys are awesome. Before we even left the parking lot they were pulling our car into the garage! They fixed our vehicle in a timely manner and we thought the price was very fair. I would recommend them for your auto needs.

Good service. Quick turn around with experience and expertise. Pricing was OK. Got my Toyota Sienna water pump broken but they fixed it good! THank you European & Japanese Auto Repair!
