First time ever getting waxed. I got a Brazilian wax done by Amber. She made me feel very comfortable by explaining every step of the waxing process to me before starting. She continued to explain things as she was waxing. She even warned me which parts were the most painful which helped me mentally prepare for it. She helped distract me by keeping conversation going and was constantly asking me how I was doing. She hooked me up with some after-care products which I didn't end up needing to use, but it's nice to have for future waxes. The pricing seems fair (first wax was $25, normally it's $50), and new customers get free waxes on eyebrows and underarms if I remember correctly. I wasn't interested in getting those waxes my first time, so they said I could save the free ones for another time which is really nice. I will be going back here in the future.

Been to European wax center a few times and I have always had great visits!! Love how clean the place is. Also the staff are always friendly and always smiling and getting me. Really makes me feel like home! I will definetly continue to go here.

Wow! What a luxurious experience! This place specializes in waxing so I see myself going no where but here! Everyone is so warm and friendly, my expectations were exceeded. PS Audrey did a great job with my service! 2 thumbs up.

Got a full back wax for a vacation at this place and the service was great. Shelby took good care of me and explained the process as she waxed me. I will definitely be back here. Not to mention it was virtually painless. Front desk staff were awesome! Awesome center!

Got my underarm and eyebrows done here recently and had to share my experience! Shelby took great care of me and made my experience very comfortable. I have a sort of low pain tolerance but felt no pain at all. Very comfortable wax. The customer service of the front desk was really great. They were kind and accommodating to my schedule! Will definitely be coming back here for years to come.
