I have been going there for a while.   Although I am very satisfied with Ashely, I have complained several times that it is too cold in there.  It is extremely  uncomfortable  laying there 1/2 naked.   I actually got a headache from the cold today.

Amazing! I went to Ashley (blonde Ashley) apparently there are two and she was great! I'm sure everyone is great but she was amazing and I'm so picky with my eyebrows I've had many bad experiences

Megan is the best! She's super welcoming and makes you feel comfortable. She was very informative and told me exactly what she was doing every step. She recommended me a lot of good products and the girls at the desk were really nice when I paid. Definately go to Megan! :)

I explained what I wanted before my session started with the use of the mirror to the technician. She explained the process, but took off to much.  She did not follow what I stated as the customer. She took to much off the middle making them to wide. And the shapes of the eyebrows did not match. When  I stated she took to much off, " SHE state the hair was a mess".  I have been waxing my eyebrows for 20 years and this is the worst experience I had.
