I cannot say enough good things about EWC and the staff at this location. It's everything you would ask for and more. It's incredibly clean (which is really important to me) and the staff is so so so friendly. You're greeted as soon as you walk in the door and treated like the center of attention the entire time. The wax is like no place else, and all the waxers are so good at what they do. You can tell they really do care about giving you the best job they can. I've been going for the past year now, and I couldn't be happier. I've met all of the staff, and they are all exceptional. I've never had a problem here, but I have met the manager strictly because she introduced herself to me one of the first times I was there (also something really important to me). She is always available and can often be found at the front desk working along with the staff to make sure guests have the best experience possible. She is just as committed to you looking and feeling your best as you are, and she will do everything she can to make sure that you walk out feeling as flawless and phenomenal as you are. I love this place, and I would give it more stars if I could. 10/10.

The place is nice and Jackie is awesome. But the manager is terrible. I've been going here for years and am very loyal. In fact, I'm never late nor have I not shown up. The manager had been rude once before when I returned a product I bought because it ran out after a few days-- she claimed it was my fault and almost didn't let me exchange it. Today, I had to bring my son to the doctor and showed up (stressed) at 1:10 for a 1:00 appointment. The woman checking me in told me they have a 9-minute late policy and they couldn't take me. I explained my predicament and that Ive been a customer for years and asked for a manager. The woman sitting next to her looks up from her salad and says "I am the manager... and too bad". She went on to explain the rules in a condescending way. I work in the service industry and totally respect rules. But this manager was flippant, rude and never smiled once or showed any empathy. She seemed to love the fact she was the manager with the power over the rules. Unfortunately, I have a package deal and will have to go back. But I would NOT recommend the Westport store because of their manager. By the way, this is the first review I've ever written. She was that obnoxious.

This is the place to go! Everyone is very friendly, and Teresa is great, along with several of the other staff. The new manager is very friendly and helpful, and her staff is just simply the best!

I really love this place! All of the front desk staff are polite and helpful. I've used 3 of the wax ladies. Fernanda, Nicole & Q. They are.so awesome. Definitely informative & kind. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Trusting someone to wax you is a very personal thing. I recently had one of the best experience at the Westport location with Chanel Q. She made me feel very comfortable and she explained how good their wax was and how I would feel minimal pain. She was very professional and made sure i maintained my comfort level at all times. I was very pleased with all my results specially with my eyebrows. THANK YOU CHANEL. I am so happy to have her back and I look forward to booking my next appointment with her.
